Your information, explained
How we collect, use and protect information when you browse, enquire or register.

Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
BINO EDUTOUR SDN. BHD. (1577354-K) operates binoedutour.com and its tour registration service. This notice explains how personal information is used when you browse, enquire or register.
2. Information we collect
Enquiries may include your name, contact details, company, role and travel interests. The registration form asks for participant names, nickname, Chinese name, date of birth, gender, phone/WhatsApp, email, company, industry and job title. Brand, referrer and how you heard about us are optional. Dietary requirements and health information are requested for meal arrangements and trip safety. Booking, payment-confirmation and waitlist records may also be processed. If you register others, inform them of this notice and obtain their permission first.
3. Why information is used
We use the information to respond to enquiries, process registrations, confirm payments and seats, arrange the chosen trip and communicate about that booking or waitlist. Health and dietary information is used for safety and meal arrangements. Required fields are identified on the registration form; without information needed for a booking, we may be unable to provide the requested arrangements. You can ask us about alternatives. Contact us to stop receiving optional promotional messages.
4. Sharing and overseas arrangements
Information needed to fulfil a trip may be shared with relevant accommodation, transport, visit or other service partners, and where required for insurance or visa arrangements. Technology providers process website or registration data as needed to operate the services. Overseas trips may require relevant information to be processed outside Malaysia, including the destination country. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
5. Website analytics, cookies and social content
This website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-XWNETZK920) for usage analytics and may store campaign attribution in your browser. Hosting services process technical connection information such as IP address and browser details. The Facebook timeline is embedded and loads automatically on the catalogue page. Meta receives connection information, including your IP address and browser details, and may use its own cookies when the embedded content loads. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and registration links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser or block analytics; the catalogue and registration links remain usable.
6. Protection and retention
Access to personal information is limited to people and service providers who need it for the stated purposes. Information is retained only as needed for bookings, support and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Contact us for information about retention or a specific record. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may request access or correction, ask about processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion or restriction where applicable. Some records may need to be kept for legal or booking obligations; withdrawing necessary information may affect our ability to arrange your trip. For health information or dietary information that reveals sensitive matters, provide it only with the participant’s explicit consent for safety or meal arrangements. For a minor, a parent or legal guardian should contact us and authorise the registration.
8. Contact and changes
